WELCOME TO THE INTER-STATE FAIR AND RODEO ON-LINE NOMINATION PROCESS.

First you will sign in as a new exhibitor. Use “Quick Group” ONLY if you will be submitting entries for multiple family members or multiple exhibitors, otherwise choose “Exhibitor” from the login menu.   

 

After signing in as a new exhibitor, you can begin to submit your entries.  Start by selecting the department you would like to enter, follow the prompts. The system will guide step-by- step to complete your entry. Fields marked with an asterisk are required and the system will not let you continue until those fields are completed. Add additional entries if you have more than one entry to enter. You will be able to save your entries and return at a later time to complete if needed. Review your entries before finalizing to ensure accuracy and completeness. Once your satisfied with your entries, confirm and submit your entries.  

 

 • Market Swine - 840 tag or if no 840 is available an ISF tag. Swine will also need their ear notch listed.

 • Market Beef – ISF tag

• Market Sheep and Goats – scrapie tag. The premise ID AND individual ID are mandatory for nomination and entries.

 

 This year instead of DNA you will be submitting pictures for nominations. You will need to submit three pictures of each animal

 • Left side photo: Entire animal including all four feet must appear.

• Right side photo: Same as the left side

 • Front photo: Head with visible tag (and/or ear notch for swine)
